We'll be sad to see you leave, but we have to remind you of a couple things. Heritage Point Association has right of first refusal on all properties, so be sure to contact us if you're thinking about selling.  Also, please let your real estate agent know that HPA's Covenants only allow for one sign. You are required to provide a disclosure package to your buyer and must request it from HPA.
