Heritage Point Water Works

Heritage Point maintains its own water system. Two deepwater wells provide a constant supply of soft water to over 60 households. Hookups are available for most homesites at a cost determined by the Heritage Point Water Board. Water service is billed semi-annually and due January 1 and July 1.

Public sewage is not available in Heritage Point. Homes rely on personal septic systems.
