Mike Davis Club house

The Mike Davis Club House is Heritage Point's central meeting place and center of local government. All Board of Director Meetings and General Membership Meetings are held here. There is seating for fifty or so, and a well-used wood stove for the winter months.

 

Located at the intersection of Belmont Drive and Hills Lane, at 44 Hills Lane, the Club House is part of the Association's Amenity Complex, which includes the Pool, Tennis Court, Beach, and Park. 

 

The large kitchen is adequate for serving up the Association picnics. There are ample facilites to support weddings, parties, and family gatherings. The Club House is available for rent to Association members in good standing.

 

On April 20, 2017, Heritage Point dedicated the Club House to the memory of Mike Davis, a Heritage Point founder, mayor, resident, and all-around good guy.
