The results of the HPA election that concluded at the General Meeting on July 3rd, 2021 on the question of the removal or replacement of the HPA Tennis Court, and the option for a new tennis court was defeated. We had 19 people vote in favor of the option to replace the tennis courts with an all-purpose court. We had 94 votes in favor of removing the existing court. A few of the more obstreperous Board Members had considered taking hack saws and removing the court as a weekend project - because it was in disrepair and a safety danger and no one used it. However two more level headed members raised concerns of the potential of the prospect that someone might possibly take legal action, and so the Board put it to the vote of the community to settle it once and for all. Thank you for your participation.
